Heavy rain lashed parts of Delhi on Friday as a red alert was issued. Moderate to heavy rainfall is forecast for many areas of the city. Light to moderate rain may also occur in the evening hours. Rainfall activity is expected to continue over Delhi for two days. The weather office issued the alert for the next few hours.
