Major construction projects are set for both sides of the Bay over the weekend; one will close all westbound lanes of the Carquinez Bridge and the other will limit lanes on one of the busiest stretches of Highway 101 in San Francisco. Starting Friday at 11 p.m., Caltrans will close two lanes in each direction of the Highway 101 Bayshore Freeway (Hospital Curve) area and expects to keep them closed
