Burdell’s Geoff Davis is bringing back the neighborhood bar and grill His sophomore spot, Uncle's, will move into the current Wood Tavern space and highlight wood-fire cooking, lesser-known steaks and seasonal produce. But Davis insists it is not a steakhouse: he chooses the cuts and how they’re cooked.
