A fatal crash involving a motorcycle was reported Thursday morning on southbound U.S. Highway 101 in East Palo Alto, according to the California Highway Patrol. The crash was reported shortly after 6 a.m. on southbound Highway 101 near the University Avenue on-ramp. The two right lanes of the highway reopened around 9:20 a.m. CHP later responded to Sunnyvale in the area surrounding Vargas Elementa
