Four people were arrested in the East Bay in connection with an attempted robbery in San Mateo County Thursday, according to the Alameda County Sheriff’s Office. The sheriff’s office said at around 3:50 p.m., San Mateo police broadcasted a BOLO (Be On the Lookout) for a silver Audi associated with an attempted robbery. Police had attempted a traffic stop on the vehicle as it entered Alameda County
